LYNDON COTTAGE

Lyndon Cottage is a detached stone cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Ballygrant, approximately 5Km from the ferry terminal at Port Askaig and 12Km from Bowmore. It overlooks Dunlossit Estate, and Loch nan Cadhan, to the front and bounds the Islay Estate to the rear.

Lyndon is a traditional cottage yet has all modern amenities including fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a further double bedroom downstairs. There is ample off-road parking for 2 cars with further parking at the front of the cottage.

The cottage currently holds a 3 Star Tourist Board rating and is available to rent, Saturday to Saturday, throughout the year.
